its a good product for them , who want to use rough and tough. I am using is from oct 2012 and do not have any complaint, some time it get hanged because of multi application but get normal with in seconds. Manish

its a good product with =>1tb - usable only 850 GB internal memory. =>4 gb ram in single slot so u can update to 8 GB later on =>Windows 8 =>Good Battery life (ofcourse i have to change the battery in initial 3rd month sinc eit is not charging) =>doesnt get heated up much.(i have seen other laptops after an usage of one year u can actually toast ur bread below them) =>some keys on keyboard stopped working (got it replaced since i have warranty). =>U can use this product for home use with out any problems.
I bought this laptop in November 2012. Within 10 months the keypad and touch pad stopped functioning. It took them one month to get the keyboard replaced. Barely one month of usage the keys are now popping out. I had no idea that Lenovo products quality wise could be that bad compared to any other branded products. Though it was in the warranty period they have refused to honour the same citing accidental case and global policy. It was a real letdown for me in terms of their customer service. I also have a Dell laptop since the last 4 years without any problems and unlike Lenovo their customer service and after sales is the best I have ever experienced. In future I would think twice before purchasing any Lenovo products only because of their very poor customer service.
After i saw the Flipkart reviews, i purchase this model. This model does not support for VM. Any one can suggest, how can i upgrade to higher generation (3 or 4) to support for "Hyper Technology (Virtual Machine)" Regards HRao
