Junk laptop. They delivered it without touch screen and are taking ages to process the return. This seems to be a generic issue with Flipcart. I have been following up daily with them for 14 days now. They even rejected my return request. Please dont purchase from flipkart anymore. Their service is terrible.

First i thank flipkart and ws retail for their service... packing was really nice and delivered to me before the time specified.. pros: comes with original win 8 touch screen light weight good carry case price :i purchased it for 20500(2500off+10%cashback and 200 off) you can find lot of laptop at this price loaded with almost same specs and the pros over them are stated above. it does all the basic things doc.viewing,surfing and watching movies.. fit for who travel frequently cons: cheap plastic keyboard

I have purchased this laptop for moderate usage like browsing, typing documents etc. The hardware is so good and for rpice less than 24k (with 5% offer), it is a steal-deal. Pros: 1. Convinient keyboard 2. Good touchscreen 3. wel built and light weight/compact. Suitable for travels. 4. Moderate battery backup 5. Free bag is very good Cons: 1. Windows 8 bundled with the system 2. No refund for returned copy of windows 8. There is no way to return. I installed GNU/Linux with LXDE. The CPU and RAM usage are very low and the machine is lightning fast. Everything(touch, wi-fi, bluetooth, graphics, audio, ethernet) works out of the box. I encourage you all to try GNU/Linux. Windows 8 is useless. Pepole who are dissatified with win8 please call Lenovo and push them to release a similr version of laptop without OS or for a refund for returned win8 copy. ***REDUCED ONE STAR FOR WINDOWS 8***

I made a big mistake for buying this laptop(Ideapad), i have a battery from day one even i raised the complain but no proper response from Lenovo support center.The battery is almost less than 1hr, please don't buy this low rated laptops and don't encourage.

Very handy and aesthetically pleasing but unbelievably slow. Can frustrate you easily. Had to finally return it. Updating to Windows 8.1 might help. But that too was a painful affair.
