When ine received the item the original packing of Lenovo was tampered with and the lenovo tapes were torn the box was re tapped with other taping. Whether the same was done at originating point or later somewhere is not known. If its done at originating point then the seller itself is doubtful and if done somewhere while transit then the package is unacceptable. Considering the above points the package was returned at sight itself.
This is the best 13 inch laptop..pure workhorse keeps chugging without any problems for me.
