******DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT*****nI have bought this laptop on exchange offer DOS version. It has many issues.n1. Keyboard quality is poorn2. Mousepad is not working properlyn3. Win 10 OS not supported.. Giving error while installationnAfter 2 day only i requested for return.. now flipkart executive daily calling and telling the same things that i will receive call from lenovo within 24 hrs.. i had received called 4 to 5 times from flipkart only giving the same answer and asking for what is the problem.. and yet no call from lenova.. and n flipcart still hv nothing to say on further process.. how long to wait..

One of the best laptop

I have bought this laptop and within one week of use, keys are coming out of the keyboard.nThe laptop hangs and refreshes the screen for few seconds everytime the power is plugged in or removed !nnSupport has also been very poor. Instead of resolving the issue, the service center blames me that I must have purposefully removed the keys.nWhen one tries to use the online warranty service, Lenovo's website gives an error.nnbuy at your own risk..

Have used the X 240 version... was super cool ... good going Lenovo.... must buy... X 250... thumbs up for lenovo products.....
