Dont buy this outdated laptop.nnI bought it in 2016 and it is perfect for what it is.nnBut the graphics card 960m is so outdated..nni7 6th gen doesnot help u get better frame rates.. A 1050 ti or higher does..nnFor gaming even i5 is ok... So go for i5 and get good graphics card...nnRise of the tomb rider is un playable at even medium graphics... At lowest settings u get 40 to 50 fps but the game will lose all its beauty.. Same with all modern games like witcher 3, dark souls etc.. Only thing that runs like butter is Dota 2.. nnI regret buying this instead of going for better gpunnCheck the frame rate that the gpu can achieve before buying for games and remember u are investing lot of money.. Buy something better considering better gpu..
Laptop works very good i used it from almost 3 month playing all games at ultra setting like gta5,rise of the tomb raider,call od duety advance warefare.nThe battery backup of the laptop not so good while u playing games gives 45min of backup under normal condition it works 3 to 4hr.nOverall laptop is good...
Flipkart cheated me. The laptop was delivered within the delivery estimate. The laptop arrived and it was working beautifully. After some days I put on a completely black wallpaper only to realize that the Backlight was bleeding from multiple places from bottom and right edges of the screen. So I raised a replacement request immediately. I got a call, saying that they would send their technician to check. Later they just canceled that visit, called me and told that they are rejecting my replacement request as of now and they would send me a technician from lenovo to verify my claim. I was ok with this also. After 2 days, the call from lenovo came, however since I was at work I couldn't attend the call. Later when I saw the call, I called back but that redirected me to automated voice answering system. However, you do expect a call back from them, at least 2-3 times. However they never called me back again, neither Lenovo nor flipkart to check if my query was resolved. They obviously would have thought that we have got away with this one, so why bother. Morale: flipkart is not safe place to buy an item worth 1 Lac as they will deliver you a faulty item and then just won't give a damn about it. However I am going to take this to social media so as to make other customers aware of all this, who are planning to buy expensive items from flipkart. Although I got robbed off 1 Lakh INR, At least I will make sure that other people don't get robbed off by taking the entire incident to social media.
Dont buy, this laptop has stability issues. It crashes frequently. Though the configuration is bit eye catching, but you will repent if you buy this.
DISCLAIMER: Laptop wasn't bought via Flipkart. Its around 6k cheaper on Flipkart. The laptop was bought from a store in Bangalore and I used it for roughly a month. Pros: The performance is almost as good as any gaming rig out there. GTA 5 and COD AW run seamlessly on max settings. Ai, FCP pro etc. works seamlessly as well. Doesn't get too warm or loud. Very tactile keyboard. The display is pretty good as well. The speakers are beautiful. Excellent for laptop speakers. You don’t need to get separate speakers for this laptop Cons: Battery. Regular usage gives around 3 hours on an average. Gaming sees around 50 mins to 1 hour till power off. Render is less than 40 mins. Wi-Fi range is lesser than the Dell XPS 13. Verdict: Excellent buy for the serious gamer if its plugged in and connected to LAN
