Good

laptop is good the only con is with the battery issue . the backup is not up to that level it only last to only 2 hours. which is bad other wise not having any issues.

I bought this laptop and it is good machine in this price range . 1.Design and material Solid looks, aluminum body , Fhd led screen. 2.Gameing With 16 gb expandable ram , i5 4210u processor, NvidiaGeForce GT820M and Fhd screen it is capable of doing wonders in gameing feild. Excellent Gameing experience. 3. Keybord and touchpad Full Keyboard, I touch sortcuts are nice, you can adjust volume , brightness etc directly without useing Fn .Keys are perfectly placed. Touchpad is satisfactory . Small in size but left right button are nice and saperated. Ports Mic and audiojack in one , 2 usb, 1 usb3, lan port , hdmi , printer port , sd and mmc , optical drive , kingston lock . all good and well placed. Speed All task run fast , 2 to 5 second boot time. Good experience with browsers also. Heavy multitasking no problem only if ram is extended. I am happy haveing this lapi. Pros 1. Full hd display. 2. Ram extendable to 16 gb. 3. 1 tb hard disc. 4. 720p camera. 5. GT820M graphics 6. Solid build 7. Removeable battery cons 1. Dolby speakers (only satisfactory) 2. Max 4 hour battery backup.

Bought it from seller ITTECH. Delivered a laptop with dead pixel on screen. After creating return request, i keep sending mails about status. It should have been processed within 72hrs, but went terrible with extending it to 5days. just to call me support team took 5days. Top of that, support provided was not at all satisfying. Not accepting the defect in the product. Asking me to use defective one. 30day replacement warranty nothing but a crap, if laptop comes under manufacturers warranty then flipkart will replace it for you. Why you will need flipkart if product comes under manufacturers warranty, you can directly get it done by manufacturer. very much disappointed wih service, was loyal customer till date, but wont b anymore. I will ask evryone and make sure no one buys electronics from flipkart, specially laptop. A 40k wont harm your 100million indusrty but I will try to refrain people buying it from you. Thank you for such disgusting experience, this is surely my last order from flipkart. beware guys if you buying laptop here.

Touchpad usually stops working 3-5 times in a day.Laptop body is poor as minor scrach lasts long.rest its good as it cmes with good performance.Even i called lenovo care but still they didnot help me for touchpad.That's bad case.
