Just buy this TV and enjoy like me :) ***nI purchased this TV for 30,900 with 3000/- cash back on SBI credit card. So my effective price is 28K only. 32" Smart TV for 28K... Amazing.. Delivery also too fast. nTV Pros:n1. Looks, slim design, less weight, joy stick manual button operationn2. 3 directions adjustable wall mounting kit by LGn3. LG TV smart app for android (U can use it as mouse and keyboard), no need of LG smart remote controllern4. Inbuilt-Wifi/3.5mm Headphone jack/Chrome like browser/Time machine(video recorder, works with my DTH)n5. Audio is good on cable/DTH connectionsn6. Very good display color productionn7. 3 HDMI/ 3 USBn8. Automatically detecting media content from Win7/8 laptop when you connect TV & Lappy are on same wifi networkn9. Watching hollywood movies is a great experiencen10. Side viewing is also not bad.n11. Remote controller have most of the operations buttonsn12. TV stand looks damn sexy design nCons:n1. Very low audio when u play movies from USB (Few people have reviewed that they don't have this issue)n2. Only 1.6GB free space available for Apps/video recording (you cannot copy those recorded videos to USB but read few reviews that we can directly record videos to external HDD connected. Honestly speaking, how many times will u record a video??)n3. 4 Star rating is only because of low audio output from USB videos (I tried ten different movies from USB).nI hope this review is enough for people who are planning to purchase a smart TV...nOne thing I can say... I thought of buying at TV after 6 months.. but this Flipkart price tempted me to buy so early. You will never regret after buying this.

First, the TV does not support wireless headphones. That was a very important requirement for me - I watch TV in the nights when others at home are asleep. I had a Samsung TV that I bought in 2003 that supported wireless headphones, and I thought that was such a basic feature that I did not even think to check. I could not return the TV, and am now stuck with a white elephant that I bought for Rs. 32,000.nnThen, LG's customer service truly sucks. The local people did not turn up for installation in the time they promised, and I had to hound them and bear their extreme indifference. One of them was downright rude to me. The service head in Hyderabad (Rachita or Rajita) never took my calls, or returned them - ever. I even messaged her, but no response to that either.nnThe call centre (18001809999) is pointless and inefficient. You have to hold for long periods of time, and after someone finally comes on the line and you narrate your problem, they tell you they'll arrange a callback in 24 hours. Nobody calls back. When you yourself call back to clarify, they say they meant 24 *working* hours. Sleazy. Anyway, they do not call back then, either. Nobody ever responded to the complaint I made.nnFor the navigation in the Smart TV section (where all the internet-related stuff is), the remote they give is a pain to use - it is fine only for the main TV. If you want to use the smart TV section well, you have to buy a separate Magic Remote, which costs another 1500-2000.nnThe TV has only one set of RCA cable inputs, which means you can connect only 1 device providing output via that mode at a time. What does that mean? My old TV had 2 sets of those, so I had a DVD player and the normal cable TV's set-top box both plugged in, and I could use the remote itself to toggle between cable TV and DVD. Now I need to go back to the TV each time I want to shift, and unplug one set of cable and plug in another set of cables. (You could see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fjBwotfnpSs for clarification on what those cables mean.) nnThe TV does have 2-3 HDMI ports and 3 USB ports too to take inputs, but there are no convertors in the market for RCA to HDMI/USB, or any 2-in-1-out / 4-in-1-out convertors for the RCA cables. I searched for a whole day.nnSo I either need to upgrade my set-top box to one with HDMI output (Rs. 2,500 extra) or buy a new DVD player with HDMI output (Rs. 2,000). Since I bought this TV.nnAnd as I said, you really need the Magic Remote if you want comfort, or if someone not very tech-savvy or with some handicap needs to use any of the Smart TV options (like your mother who may want to watch something on YouTube). That costs a further Rs. 1500-2000, as I mentioned.nnOverall, a bad TV, backed by miserable, insensitive customer service.

Flipkart was very fast in terms of delivery, and LG was equally fast with installation. Product was delivered next morning (day was a Sunday..!!) and LG technician came by 5 in evening on a Sunday to install it..!!nnFirst the price and offers:nI bought it under exchange program and some 10% cash-back from Visa (cash back is yet be credited). When compared to other sites, both these offers forced me to hit the Buy button..!!n,nHow's the TV..nGood things:n1. Excellent connectivity options. Offers USB, HDMI, NFC, Wi-FI, Wi-Fi Direct and MHL. Out of these, Wi-Fi Direct is most promising. It allows you to connect your smart phone/laptop directly to TV without wires and without a router. MHL is also an upcoming technology. Using a MHL cable, u can play content on your phone on TV, but the great thing is, that MHL keeps charging your phone while you watch the content on TV, and also, you can use TV remote to change tracks etc. Your instructions will be received by the TV, and passed on to your phone. NFC is also good, but I haven't tried.nn2. Smart TV: Yes, it is a smart TV. It has full web browser and has applications like YouTube. Both work well. TV picked up my wireless connection and was able to connect to it.nnTime machine: It comes with a DVR like functionality. You can record live TV, but ONLY when it is connected via old fashioned AV cable (those three pins, video/audio-L/audio-R).nnI have connected my Tata Sky HD STB with both cables, HDMI and AV cable. If I wish to record a program, I temporarily switch to AV input source, and record it. Once done, switch back to HDMI input.nnIt has ethernet port also, in case you don't wish to connect via Wireless.nnPicture and Colors:nThis is a tricky part. First few days, we found the picture completely washed out (we were comparing it with how things looked on our Sony LCD). Also, the soap opera effect added to our frustration.nnIt took a week to find optimum color settings. TV offers a at least a dozen settings related to color. All these are very confusing.nnBut after some research and trial-n-error, we are finding it good. HD channels, look better than Sony, but some serials on Star Plus HD still look dull. Not sure, where is the problem. Is it TV or Tata Sky or the way that particular program was shot.nnSome channels like SAB, Cartoon Network and Nick Jr. have improved when compared to Sony's performance.nnSound:n1. I liked the sound, I see that TV picks up low frequencies well when I played MP3's from USB, one word of caution, TV can't play M4A format. This format is used by iTunes for songs purchased from iTunes store.nnSummary:nValue for money. This TV is HD ready and not full HD. It offers a lot for the price at which it is offered. Smart TV at this price, is definitely a smart choice..!!

LG 32LB582B 80 cm (32) LED TV I BOUGHT LED TV FROM FLIPKART THEY DELIVERED IT ON MAY 9TH 2015 AND I UPDATED MY ADDRESS WITH THE FLIPKART CONTACT CENTER THE SAME DAY. THEY SAID IT WILL TAKE 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET THE INSTALLATION DONE SO I FOLLOW UP ON THE 15TH MAY 2015 TO CHECK THE EXECUTIVE SAID THE ADDRESS IS NOT UPDATED AND THEY STILL SHOW THE OLD ADDRESS SO I UPDATED THE ADDRESS AGAIN AND WAS PROMISED THE INSTALLATION WILL BE DONE BY THE 17TH MAY GOT A SMS CONFIRMING THE SAME BUT IT DID NOT HAPPEN AFTER THAT I CALLED ON 19TH AND THE 21ST AGAIN AND WAS GIVEN THE THE SAME RUN AROUND. I AM STILL WAITINF FOR MY INSTALLATION. SO DONT BUY ANY PRODUCT WHICH NEEDS INSTALLATION FLIPKART.

Really good features at this prize range from LG.n 2. Wifi built inn 3. 1 Ethernet portn 4. 3 USB and 3 HDMI port.(Great advantage for adding more HDMI devices-In sony and samsung only 1 USB and 1 HDMI port will come at this price range)n 5. It can record cable TV programs with any external storage device but you cant record DTH in this TV(Thank God I got Airtel DTH - HD set top box which has recording feature by default)n 6. It has Miracast feature(to share your smart phone screen - if it has screen mirroring build in). n 7.
