LG FH0G6WDNL22 6.5 Kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine

Product is very good but demo & installation is provided by jeeves at a wrong time. I suggested them to come at a perticular time but they didn't listen. Now their engineers are avoiding my calls. I think Jeeves is the worst engineer providing agency.

Writing the review after initial installation and demo. Will followup with a detailed review later Delivery : 3/5. Though the delivery happened within 2 days of placing the order, I had specifically requested a later delivery in the order and reconfirmed with Flipkart as I was going out of station. The delivery boy landed up without calling me and just happened to catch me with a few hours to go. Installation: 4/5. Done by Jeeves (not LG) within 4 hours of product delivery. Produce price paid: Bought during the Big billion sale for Rs.23600/-. Includes exchange of Rs.2000/- for my 12 year old front loading LG washing machine and SBI card 1500/- discount that was offered. Product feedback - As I mentioned, my older washing machine was an LG front load 5kg TROMM that served me very well for 12 years. Recently as part of a routine service, the service engineer mentioned that spares were discontinued. The new machine is a look-alike replica of my older one with a fancy Chrome door and touch screen panel. Machine looks good and during the demo, performed fairly well. Yet to put some heavy clothes though and check it out. In terms of noise, I did not find any perceptible difference from my older machine. Hence not sure how big a deal the direct drive motor is in terms of noise. Time will tell on the reliability aspect of the direct drive motor though my older belt driven machine too did not have any problems ever till the day of exchange. Question for Flipkart team : Since installation was done by Jeeves, will LG still honor the product warranty especially for the motor which is claimed for 10 years?
