Excellent washing machine with Direct Drive so, it consumes less power (approx 500W lesser than Bosch and IFB machines at peak load). Wash quality is good and gentle with very good cleaning of stains. Low noise & less vibrations when compared to Bosch 7KG machine which i used earlier, i would say it is far superior than Bosch ( which didn't believe i till i used it) Direct Drive technology makes it better than other brands
product is very good , we are using this since last 8 months. but person who came for installation dose not remove the nuts hence when we started using it was shacking so much. hence we have to call service person from LG then he removed nuts. hence product is good from LG but installation service is too poor....
