This product is really good. Compared it with many brands before buying. LG stands out with better options and really smooth functioning., No noice while washing.

Hi, I ordered this washing machine as a gift and i got surprised with Flipkart service this time. this washing machine order ordeal turned out to be a nightmare. Firstly the washing machine was not delivered on door step... yes :( machine was left on the ground floor for the recipient to move to 2nd floor. The delivery guy argued saying 2nd floor is not mentioned in address so he will not deliver it...however this is not the case... 2nd floor was mentioned in first line of address itself. When installation guy came and machine cover was removed... to uncover broken machine... along with machine cover came the top of machine...faulty machine.... Now comes the return process "no questions Asked" policy is questionable... here flipkart will say we will inspect the product and then approve your return... seriously folks.... somehow return pickup was approved. Next came the D-day for pickup... The pickup guy did not gave any receipt for the pickup...nor Flipkart sent any communication regarding reverse pickup completion...somehow we took on a paper from the pickup guy his details and receipt for item picked up.... this is really bad and annoyed me then anything else. since i called customer care 4 days after pickup to know details on refund. To my surprise the guy said they have not picked up the item....and asked me for slip...which was not provided to me....Guys be careful when you ask for return from Flipkart before it turns out to be nightmare for you.. Next with lot of follow up with Flipkart i got to know they picked up the item but refuse to accept the same via mail/sms or order status on Flipkart order section....is this how Flipkart works... OMG... Finally after over a month the order was placed i got my refund. But the embarrassment that i had to face for this gift item can not be forgotten...

I just bought this, and had some trial loads, it runs amazingly quiet, you wont feel like something is running there! No sound, and technology is awesome!! I love it :-)

The delivery of flipkart is very good as usual, they took it to second floor without knowing me and I was surprised to see it right on my doorstep. The product is also I feel very good, I have done 3 washes till now, I feel the rinse is excellent. I also feel it would be better if LG gives more attention to the extension of inlet an outlet pipes

LG and Flipkart stuck to the timeliness in terms of delivery timelines. Though there was a delay of one day because of rains. Coming to washing machine. It is good and serves the purpose to its entirety. My last LG machine ran for 8 years. Hopefully this gives the same life as well.
