LG product is great. Cooling is very efficient. Installation guys are local. Not LG kind of professional guy( may be my expectations were more). Had to cut hole in the concrete for which i was charged 3000 for 2 holes, a diff special guy came to do that work. Installation guys charged 1000 (500 installation and 500 outdoor stand). There was no drain pipe included due to which the wall is not sealed with white cement, as installation guys dint had that. Rest is good for now. And most importantly I had purchased 2 acs for cooling days sale. But the very next day after sale got over they decreased price of the product by more 1000. Thats very bad about flipkart. 5 star for LG 2 star for Flipkart.
