Worst after sales and customer service. I bought LG air conditioner from local shop for the comfort of my ageing parents, but I have repented that decision ever since. LG has the most pathetic after sales service and the most discourteous, rude and unconcerned customer service. My parents have suffered more after having bought this AC.nThe AC has failed even when it was in the warranty period. The dealer refused to honour the warranty conditions. A service engineer was sent instead who repaired the machine, but only after being paid for his service. Since then we have had to make three repair requests due to frequent breakdown of the machine. LG service center does not bother to repair the machine. Last time they sent some very rude service engineers to our home who misbehaved with us. We are fed up with this product and are planning to throw away this useless machine.nI will strongly DISCOURAGE anyone from buying LG Air conditioners if you want peace of mind.

hi, ni have repair my ac[1year 2 old month] 5 times for gas leak within 2months and i paid rs2640 for gas leak and there told me there have change coils. even the problem persists and then demanded rs 3000 to change the defective parts. i have already paid but again there are demanding. LG Service is poor and the ac is also not good quality. my advice not to buy lg ac.
