I ordered the LG 1.5 ton Air Conditioner and also Premier Voltage Stabilizer 4 Excel. The AC was delivered in time and a day later the installer called me. I told him the stabilizer has not yet arrived. He told me he will install the AC and when the stabilizer comes he will come back to instal. So the two young boys came to install the AC. One of them was very rude. When I asked him to stop scratching his genitals, he kept on doing it. He did not want to clean the mess in the room. He did not give me any receipt for the work or give me his or his shops number. After receiving the stabilizer I called Flipkart to get it installed. They send me an email saying they will send it on the 18 of May. Another email followed that it will be done on the 20 May. No one came. When I called their Service Center they promised me the same. Nothing happened. So I talk to the Supervisor, The guy denying responsibility said someone will call to discuss the case. It has been 5 days now. So beware buying stuff from Flipkart.
