LG L-Pearl White LSA5PW3A 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC

Dear Flipkart,Your service was exceptional post booking and delivery of order.Your installation team also arrived before time.However,they have done a shoddy installation work.We bought a split Ac.We told them to place the exhaust above the window.But they placed it in front of window,by making a fool of my father who is an old man.What is the point of buying a Split AC ,when I have to block my window.Even the pipes is visible inside the room.Also the cost of installation overshot owing to such crony work because of additional wire Rs 180 and drain pipe Rs 245 total by Rs 425.They charged merely Rs 1100 for installation with such sad work spoiling the window.Why we should pay for installation, when it is not done properly ?I called the Engineer ,after a long discussion .He agreed to send someone in half today at 19:00hrs. Finally 2 person came with very less equipment to handle the case.Let me know,if you need the picture as evidence....now there is no information from FLIPKART or Universal Electronics.nnThe second team arrived on 8-May-2015.They were highly professional & effective with there work.I am changing my rating from 1 star to 5 star for rectifying the issue at lightning speed.Please pass on my Appreciation to "Mr Vicky-Universal electronics" & your Flipkart customer service team for coordinating & delivering the an excellent services....

The AC is good enough and fits the budget of middle class. The cooling capacity is 4600 W.nNow the main points :-n1) the min temp is 18 and max is 30 n2) 3 night glow button - temp up, temp down and fan speed n3) 2 way air flow i.e horizontal n4) himalaya cool allows to reduce the excess moisture in a short period of time and make the room cool quickly n5) sometimes the swing facility works automatically when you switch on the AC and sometimes you have to manually switch off the swing and again switch on from the remote even if the remote shows it on - the firmware should be updated. I had made an inquiry about this from other local buyers and the are facing the same problem nI had installed the AC in the master bedroom (top floor) which is near about 144 sq ft and it cools the room within 5 min (but all the corners take near about 20 min to cool down) nCopper condenser and aluminium fins are used in the outdoor unit. nAfter purchasing and receiving the product just call flipkart and they will take care of the installation. nThe guys who came for installation charged Rs 1500/- but you can install the AC from the local electrician (AC mechanic) and that will not void the warranty and will also cost less.
