If I could have zero star option I would have given 0 star to this. Flipkart has employed unprofessional people to provide installation of AC. These people will tell you on phone that installation charges would be Rs.1065 and on phone they will tell you that if you have brackets then no additional charges but when they will come they will tell you that you have brought brackets so we will charge you extra Rs.250 because you didn't buy from us, then they would tell you that if you want to have white seasoning tape on the wire then that's extra Rs.100 and that's clearly mentioned on Website that it is included in installation. These people say they are from Croma but if you ask for bill or their jobsheet they don't have any. They say we will provide you that in a day and say we are from Sky Enterprises and not Croma. So this means on phone before coming they lie to you, then after they come they cheat you and don't even provide Quality service. Flipkart you have really disappointed me. I loved your service on past purchases and I used to recommend Flipkart to others but after this really Never Again will I buy from Flipkart and I won't recommend Flipkart ever again!
