I had purchased this product few days back, first there was a small issue with delivery, then when it was delivered, Installation people came after 2 days only to tell me this they do not have tools to install & I need to arrange for it or pay Rs.2000 for the same.nnI immediate call flip-kart & reported the issue, along with ALL details of the person (Name Mobile No etc..), I was assured my issue will be resolved with in 24 hours & I will get a call.nnBut today it is over 5 days NO call only I get a massage that they tried reaching me buy could not & DAILY for last 5 days I am calling flip cart to take back & process refund, so that I can buy form else were but NO resolution till date.nnToday over a week NO Resolution NO refund & No proper response, we are suffering without an A/c @40+ heat, even after making FULL payment.nnThis is The WORST ever online shopping experience.
