Ac that i received was defective i bought this ac from my hard saving very bad experience

Initially I was quite apprehensive about buying an AC machine from Flipkart. That too without Flipkart assured tag. Now with heavyly discounted price of ₹20K for this AC, I couldn't resist to buy it. nnThe delivery came a day later, which was quite annoying as I waited for it all day the previous day.. delivery guys were good and delivered right at my door step. nnThe AC machine is working absolutely fantastic to my surprise. No issues as such. Sound is pretty low and cooling sensational. LG service is very good in my locality, so I always prefer LG. nnNow coming to installation: The installation partner is Jeeves. Although, they have a very smooth process and good customer service section ready to listen to your concerns and raise complaints then and there, the technicians are just the opposite. They were unable to install the AC on the 1st day, as they thought that just unpacking would help. The timing, when they come to install, is quite weird. They came around 8pm in the evening disturbing the peace around. These guys are quite unprofessional and I had to call them repeatedly for their service, to no avail. nnOverall experience of buying an AC machine online was quite hectic, although Flipkart delivered as promised.

Good product

This is my second window AC of same make and model. The price now and back in 2011 when I bought the first is almost same... maybe the price has gone up by a couple of thousands... but till date I did not have any issue with my AC and hence ended up picking up the same for my children's bedroom... but one thing I want to mention is that I also ended up taking the extended warranty for two yrs along with my new AC. The response from the Jeeves consumer service who is offering extended warranty is very poor... I would urge all the customers to please exercise caution... the only modus operandi of this firm seems to be to make money out of the gullible customers... Thank you and happy shopping

Pathetic product with pathetic seller who sells broken and defective products . Delivery team is equally pathetic as they do not care about the emotions attached to the purchase made by the customer . Regretting my decision for purchasing this from Flipkart specially the pathetic seller OmniTechRetail . DO NOT BUY HOME APPLIANCES from Flipkart. These offers might be lucrative but are painful when they have to be returned . Shame on Flipkart for ruining my surprise for my in laws .
