This is basic model for 6Kg top loading LG. I was looking for a no frill Washing machine. The features other variant have did not make sense for me other than air drying, which I personally don't need but to watch out for.nComing to support - LG does not provide service or support. on the site they say service is provided by dealer. I don't know if they will honour warrant - anyway usually you don't get any issues in 2 yrs.nInstallation and demo was done by Jeeves in chennai (flipkart partner) for free. The guy came and checked if the machine works fine - the basic points and obviously does not know about the model or features as probably he is seeing the model for the first time too.
Buying and delivery experience was good as usual from Flipkart. Trouble started when the delivery guy asked me to call the toll free number on the box for installation and demo. Apparently, LG does not provide free installation and demo for online purchases. After quite a few followups with Flipkart and getting a compliant registered, installation was done free of cost. This still is a good product (from about a week's usage experience) and if you are buying it, wait for flipkart to organise the installation (regardless of what the delivery guy says, don't call LG by yourself). Overall experience is rated 3 starts due to the troublesome installation process.
