I had purchased tv on 7th aug 2016 in offer of free delivery and free installation with 3 years warranty , paid by debit card. Delivery received on 18th aug 2016 .The box of tv received with shop clues sticker without official bill of flipkart and the courier boy had taken octri duty charges RS 1104 ,I had contacted for many times to helpline no , but every time they had given plenty of dates to resolve this issue and one day vendor called me and told remove the shopclues stickers otherwise they cant give free installation ,When I refused for this and demanded for official bill otherwise refund all ,but they didn't and still kept pending . After that I found that in computer generated flipkart bill there is no IMEI/SR no ,, without that no. any company, any service center cant provide warranty services ,which means this is clearly fraud with customer . Anybody of flipkart authority was not taking responsibility for this issue and ignore customer .I lost Rs 17990+1104 =19104 is total ,so please think 100 times before buying the products on flipkart online site .This issue is still pending because customer care person told only damage goods are returnable ,so he refused to take it back .As per there instruction we didnt open the box not yet and sent them photograph of sealed box with shopclues stickers and scan copy of octri bill .Now they refuses to take back that Tv , saying that as per there policy they cant take back the Tv because fifteen days gone from the of delivery.
Dear All, I bought Llyod 32inch LED TV 2 weeks back. As per Flipkart this product has 3yrs manufacturer warranty but actually there's no warranty provided by Llyod. Instead as confirmed by Lloyd, Flipkart is allowed to sell Llyod AC's only and not LED TV's. Flipkart is illegally selling these LED products. The person coming for installation demands for demo and installation charges and also informs that this product has no warranty. So friends be careful don't try to save some money and buy headache. As of now the product is new and working but not sure what happens if it stops working or malfunctions. I plan to return this product and buy other which has some service warranty.
On contacting customer care of lloyd they said that flipkart is unauthorised dealer and hence they cannot give any warranty on purchase from flipkart. The three year warranty cannot be registered and flipkart is not assuring anything. Very poor response from flipkart.
I got this TV on 20th July. After that I called Flipkart customer service many time for Installation. Every time I got date. Now 11 days is over the TV is not installed at my home. I am very surprised to see this response from Flipkart. I made so many purchases from Flipkart and first time getting such a bad service. When this will be done?
