Lloyd LS19A5LN 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split AC

Was very excited when i purchased this product at such a great price. Because it was my first AC.But the first two months usage has slowly reduced the impression i had on it.nThe cooling has reduced drastically, sound has increased. The current consumption also is on the higher side. nnnThe remote especially is hopeless, no backlight in the display makes it very difficult to operate in the night. And also it works only when we point it at a particular direction towards the AC. These may look small issues, but these are some basic features required in a remote control.nnAlso there is no Auto clean feature as well. nWhen we put the AC on auto mode, it works fine for few minutes untill the selected temperature is reached. Once the temperature reaches, the AC starts to heat the room , it gets very annoying during sleep. The auto does not work as desired.It is better you put the fan on medium speed. nnAnd the main part there are few features like "iFeel" and smart mode in it, which i have not been able to figure it out yet..The documentation given is very minimal and hopeless, it does not explain anything. And the worst part, the technician himself does not know what all features are there in the AC and what is the use of them. I called the technician twice for a demo and both the times, they were not able to explain me anything. nI would not recommend this product, it is better to go for LG or some other good brand even if you have to pay few thousands extra.
