Perfect Value for money. Got it for 12k on (The big Billion days sale) . At this price, picture quality and audio is as good as any other brand TV over 20k.

Do not go for this product. I ordered this product on 3rd Jan. Flipkart delivered this product on time on 7th jan & installed it on same day. 5 star to flip kart on this. when i started watching i realized that square pixels on the screen, i did tried all settings but its same pixels, and about picture quality its not natural colours over color, reddish, over sturated no setting helped me. Finally i lost my temper and raised a replacement request on 8th Jan,on 11th jan an engineer from micromax visited my place, i believe he visted my place to report ok i guess without listening to me. His comments: 1. In a micromax tv square pixels are normal. 2. From a micromax tv you will expect this kind of picture only. 3.My home theatre which is working fine with other appliance is declared faulty by him. I called Flipkart support to change my replacement to a refund, he said it cannot possible as per policy. So the conclusion is if you purchase it you will be owning headache, nobody will help you either Flipkart or Micromax. Flipkart will care about policy, they will not care if a customer is happy or not with the purchase. really pathetic. Update: Finally FLIPKART replaced the product, but it's micromax, no fault with FLIPKART.

I'll be completely honest with you all.Guys this is totally... Totally an average tv. If you've switched from aCRT/olderLCD tv to this one, well you'll love it but if you've already used LED tv and that too full hd, chances are high that you won't like it. Both Usb and HDMI ports work fine. The TV's plastics are of cheap quality the remote plastic is cheap too,a little pressure and you can break it plus image quality is ok ok. So don't buy this tv if you've high expectations. I got this tv for 10438 when price was 12495,exchanged my old CRT tv (using since 1992,lol) for 900 and 10%disc on HDFC card so for me it was a good deal. Though the tv is 720p HD but i seriously doubt if it's rendering 720p output, even with movies that are of HD quality the image quality is v. poor. Sound is relatively low but if you're putting this tv in a closed room the sound would do just fine,No 3.5mm jack though! Ordered this TV on 11oct17(10pm) got delivered on 16oct(4:30pm) in Varanasi(U.P.) and got it installed on 17oct(11:45am, on Dhanteras day) in less than 24hrs of delivery. The guy from jeeves was ok, completed the work on time, was willing to give ademo but i didn't require. And honestly you'll not need any demo as there isn't much feature in this tv even kids can give ua detailed demo. Overall, picture 2.5/5 Sound 2.5/5 Looks n built 3/5 Flipkart's delivery 2/5 (varanasi) Overall Flipkart experience 4.4/5 Jeeves's service 4/5 Overall it's 3.4/5 PS- please don't spend more than 11000 on this tv, you won't feel that satisfaction that you wish to have from a LED HD TV after spending a good amt. If you're looking for Quality experience I strongly recommend u to go for Panasonic,LG ,sony etc but not this. Hope you find this helpful! Happy Diwali guys !

No support from Flipkart frustrating experienced strongly recommend not to buy electronic products from Flipkart then you have to wait for installation for more than 7 days , Very bitter experience
