Sound :nSound quality very poor.I have bought external speakers because of this.So overall cost became 27K.nPicture quality : You can easily see the pixels placement in screen.It is not that much good but not bad as well. Picture quality is just OK.nUSB ports :Usb ports are placed in back of the TV and you have to make efforts to reach out there.nInstallation :The person who came to install the TV was very rude.So it was overall a bad experience.

Go it delivered 3 days back. installation done yesterday. it a decent TV. Picture quality is really appreciable. The speakers are average. You can opt for it if you are not a brand baby.nnOver all Thumps Up.

Really bad choice buying this tv. Speakers are pathetic. Received defective speakers. And asked for return long back on 6th july. Still no voice from (Micromax or Seller)them. Over all my suggestion dont go for cheap TV. Its better to spend some more for hassle free experience. Sasta roye baar baar mehnga roye EK baar.

Brought Micromax 40 inches LED TV on June 12. I bought it for 20,000 with exchange policy and as usual Flipkart delivery was quick. The installation happened on June 14th. Television is awesome and it is working as expected though the Audio is not that good. One day Audio completely stopped and i raised an issue with Customer service. A guy came the same day and he said the speaker is fault and he will change it next day. I haven't heard back from him and i called customer support and they told it will take 15 days. Its been 45 days i haven't received any service. I am trying to call Customer service and it is putting me hold for hours. Also the guy is not picking up the phone. Terrible customer service. Dont buy this product because they never consider about their customersnnThey are selling it cheap because they dont car about after sales. Worst Worst worst.

Picture quality is good only for DTH channels if you maintain minimum 8 feet.nWhen the content from USB is played the quality of Videos is not at all satisfied. That too I tried playing FULL HD videos (1080p). It looks same as seeing 720p videos.nThose who are not interested to use USB, its good option in this price range.
