I would have given it a zero.

Had to buy it for my grandmother.nnDid not receive a charger or a handsfree, the lack of handsfree is understandable but a charger missing. nnThis is ridiculous. And worst thing is I don't have an option to return it only replacement.nnNo one expects this and hence doesn't go about looking for it in the in the box tab.
