The tablet is of hybrid nature which is futuristic. However, the type cover does not come with it. And the type cover is very expensive. I would have expected Microsoft to deliver the type cover along wotg it to beat apple ipad sales
Touch Screen not working properly..no repair facilities in india
The product delivered was defective , the unit was bent in shape, bow shaped, albeit in working condition. Flipcart refused to replace and advised to contact Microsoft. I am still pursuing Microsoft for replacement. In all an horrible shopping experience in high value purchase.
Touch sensitivity is not so good as my previous hp laptop was. It is so sensible that its screen broken just by a single skip of my bag from my hand .Company Does not provide any guarantee for Broken screen and its repair cost is also too high . It is advisable for New purchasers to Insure it at the time of Purchase . Other features of Device are good .
