My happiness on getting this awesome phone was quickly turned to dismay when i noticed on the 1st day itself that its back cover was very loose and when i called the flipkart team about this they informed me they were aware of some such defective products and they will get back to me as soon as they get any update on this. Even after repeated customer care calls and a week after that i have not received any word from them. As the days have progressed the problem has only gotten worser with my back cover, so guys please be careful as its clear that the flipkart team is only concerned about delivery and not bothered about its product service or customer concerns.

Hello Readers,nnThe overall performance and other aspects of this phone are excellent but there is one major flaw with the moto e back cover/shell design.nnIf you try to remove the cover multiple times, it will not fit complete into the phone and will come out a little bit.nnThis sounds a little cheap and I did not expect this from such a quality phone which is advertised as "Build To last"nnBeware, if you are going to buy multiple shells and flip them frequently then you are going to damage them after few days.. (and FYI shells cost Rs900 which is EXPENSIVE)

this phone has created so much hype. people are so excited about it that it has gone out of stock in no time. i ordered a white moto e on the day of launch and received it in 4 days. opened the box and was glad to see this beautiful product. after using it for 7 days, i have faced THREE PROBLEMS 1) camera is not that good as i expected it to be although i knew that it lacks auto focus picture quality was as good as any 3 MP camera 2) while making a call, voice of the other person is not clear 3) the back cover it comes with does not fit properly. i am writing this review after using it for 7 days. now i have requested the flipkart people to replace it or refund my money they earlier said they can refund the amount but now they are insisting on replacement. i am not complaining that this phone lacks auto focus, led flash, quad core,etc.because it would be insane to do that. what irritated me is that even the basic features like voice quality in call and camera are not good. and then the flipkart return policy, you call them and everytime a new person talks and tells a new story.

I was very excited when this phone was launched. I waited for 3 days to get this phone after my old phone died. I bought on the launch day with same day delivery option. Flipkart delivery service is awesome. The phone features are good, but I am really very dissatisfied with following two things 1. Call drops frequently. Yesterday out of 4 calls 3 calls got disconnected automatically. At that time the signal strength was very good and also I was not travelling. 2. Camera quality is OK. The objects placed close to camera are blurred. There is no way to click sharp clear pictures of near objects. All the best Mahendra

Thanks to flipkart to deliver the mobile ASAP (within 12 hours of ordering)nnAfter 3 days of usage.n* The loud speaker went off, which means No music, No Ringtones!!n* Phone accidentally opens random APP when operating.nnWaited Flipkart to respond, then returned it for good as it was out of stock (One would think they would have some spare stock just in case)nnPurchased Xolo A510s instead, works like a charm.nnRegarding Flipkartn* Logistics service is good, which means, Ordering and delivery and is least bothered about othersn* When money was refunded to the Wallet, you can only spend it on WS Retail products, which is a problem, Also found out that website does not filter out only WS Retail Seller products only... So you are stuck here... You have manually search and find WS REtail products to use your Wallet funds!!.nnRegarding Moto En* Good Phone, nice touch responsiven* Fast and good enough to play gamesn* Camera features are ok, but drawback would be NO Auto-focus & Flashn* Its good that this product comes with 30 replacement option..nnHappy Shopping.
