If you are seeking an opinion about this phone by reading the reviews, please do consider what i have to say. i had bought this phone a month back and has already replaced it with Nokia c5 now. the phone looks cool, but the applications in the phone seems like it was made as a trial by Nokia. the battery life is too poor, and it has to be charged most of the time. the touch is surely super cool. we cant mark the messages and delete in this phone, either delete all the messages, or one by one. sometimes its range just goes leaving us disappointed and not knowing whats to be done now. the camera is also not upto the mark. this phone is not a good buy for the price. if you'll do not want to get cheated,please DO NOT buy this phone and make a mistake.

this phone sucks. i have been using it for about 3 months now. n1) it is way too slow. it hangs very often. (when it hangs u cannot do anything but wait it out. bcos even switching it off and on is not possible. removing the battery also dosent help.)n2) half the time you cannot call or receive calls because it says there is an "error in connection" (this is a problem with the phone. all of my friends who use this experience the same)nit is an absolute waste of money.ni am looking for a new phone already.nPLEASE DO NOT BUY IT.nonly good thing is that it looks kinda cool.

this phone looks gr8.. specs are cool.. but when it comes to performance.. it sucks...!!! nnthe keypad is nice and i love the t9 dictionary in nokia.. loved the touch and type concept..!! cant complain with the touch.. though resistive.. its good..nnbut this phone posed a lot of problems for me.. 2 times the touch screen stopped responding.. all by itself.. had to get it replaced, 10 days wait each time..!! there was some problem with the keypad within the very first month. press 1 key and all the keys in a row get pressed.... been to the service center thrice for this problem... nnso in a span of 8 months of purchase.. i had to go to the service center 5 times... worst experience..nnnever before had i gone to a service center for any of my nokia devices in the past 7 yrs... no of nokia devices i held was 5. this was my 6th nokia... nd i have been crying ever since

Nokia might have dropped symbian for belle but they have not stopped dropping duds into the hands of unsuspecting customers. This Series S40 phone is Nokia's attempts to milk their former cash cow with some tech stunts like touch and type and 5 mp camera. Having used it for a month before getting totally disappointed with its terrible interface and pathetic camera, I exchanged it for an android phone.n Will windows save Nokia? Only time can tell.
