OGeneral is supposed to have the best AC's but the one that i bought from Flipkart is useless. I am not even sure if the product is real or fake. My other AC's (LG / Hitachi)are far better in terms of cooling. nnI got it serviced about 2 months back and even after the service the cooling is not effective. The person who came for service said that the Gas is full and everything is OK but then where is the cooling? nnFlipkart, do you even verify your vendor?? I just wasted 45,000 on your website. nI suggest not to buy O General products from this website.
Why should one buy this product from Flipkart if installation and demo not available (as mentioned on Flipkart site). I observed some Brands which do not provide Warranty or Installation on the products, if purchased online. Also, the cost is even not competitive enough when compared with some local dealers. Then why should we purchase it from Flipkart. @Flipkart: Please don't delete this comment. I want others to be aware of this fact in case they are planning to purchase it from here. Else i will be forced to put this on Facebook.
