Buying clothes, perfume and shoes online may sound good... But electronics and home appliances can be pain when you need repair or service. I bought the AC in the month of june last year. As a general policy all companies selling ac give 2-3 free service during the first year of warranty period. I called their service center on 18602081007, the call center guy on the other end shocked me by saying we do not provide service on products bought from flipkart. I contacted the Local service center who had done the installation of the ac. They are also reluctent and have sid to me that we will get back with the charges. Somebody pls make O General understand ac is not something which you sell and forget, service is required at intervals of 3-4 months. i have shopped clothes and all from flipkart several times and have alsways been happy with the quality and genuinity of the brand. but guys as i said look for their hidden terms and policies before buying electronics and home appliance... coz when you need service ... only god may help you...
