1) The product was packed well and delivered on time. 2) The installation was also done well 3) The functioning of the product is also so far good 4) However having bought this since 6 months, not a single service had been provided. Hence the rating had been given lower. Cause I feel Flipkart should also ensure that the service is also provided properly. That's where they can talk about overall customer experience.
Cooling stop after 4 days of installation , according to 14 days return policy I had raise a request for replacement but the item is yet to pick up. Nor we get contact details of courier company so that we can call and ask the courier person to pick up as per our convenience. Humble request to Snap Deal pls pick up the AC latest by tomorrow ie 09-06-17 and deliver the new piece in 2 to 3 days max...
