1 star is an overstatement. I wanted to give negative rating but the app wouldn't let me. The AC was delivered but the installation guys never turned up on scheduled date. They did not even show the courtesy to call. When I called Flipkart they blame it on Onida, but they don't let me have Onida's contact number. So basically made me go around in circles. Made a huge mistake buying this product from here. In this summer season the AC is sitting in the box waiting to be installed after a week of delivery. And I have to chase Flipkart, neither Flipkart nor Onida cares about installation. They got the money so they are ignorant and complacent now. Horrible shopping experience.
