Panasonic CS/CU-UC12QKY2 1 Ton 2 Star Split AC

Hello Friends,I have this Wonderful and Most Powerful 1 ton 2 star split ac as I am using this from last 1 year and it chills My 140 carpet bedroom Very Fast in just 10 mins,No matter how much Hot is the outside temperature.It cools Superbly. I did go thru many reviews of different companies and models before finalizing this Beauty and I was so so Impressed that I took 1 more for my Office. I already have 1 in another bedoom Onida ac and that cools too fast and nicely. One most important thing i discovered that FILTERS which every company promotes its for Good and Real as this ac has Catechin Filter which really works for ASTHMA Patients as I have my aunt who cant sleep in ac's but when she sleeps in this ac she gets proper sleep as the filter removes molds and various air germs and gives pure air for sure.

I am writing this review after getting really frustrated by the after delivery Unprofessional process by Flipkart and Panasonic. After the delivery the installation did not take place in 48 working hours and due to a weekend and a holiday it got dragged for a week. No intimation was given to me regarding the delay.( Highly not expected from Flipkart). Flipkart should understand that if the AC company people is going to install the the product then they should provide the installers Agency's Name, contact details to the customer so that the safety is maintained. And incase of delay, the customer can directly contact the Installation Agency. Here neither the Flipkart nore the Panasonic people contacted me after the deliver was done. And to my surprize the Panasonic Installation people came to proper address for installation with a wrong Customer's name and contact number. A Piece of advice to the other buyers (incase your still prefer to buy), always be ready to shell out 2500 to 3000 rs for installation as it cannot happen in 750 or 1500 rs ( as mentioned by Flipkart) because its the only way the AC installation guys can mint some extra money from the buyer. You just buy AC kit! like a Box. but everything else like copper wire, plug, tape, pipe will be charged extra.
