I ordered the product depending upon the stellar reputation of flipkart in customer service and delivering promises. But I feel badly let down. They promised me Pipe Extension - Chargeless Pipe Length: 7.5 m on their site but at the time of installation I was charged for the length of the pipe beyond 3 metres. I paid when they said that the amount will be refunded by Flipkart. But on claiming the amount they are refusing to pay citing the bizzare reason that "since it is given under 'additional features' you won't get any refund." This has shaken my belief in Flipkart and m not sure if I will ever buy from them again.
The A/C works well and looks good. Installation was arranged in a day. nnCons:nSwing functionality is not good. Swings only for 30 degrees.nAluminium compressor.nPrice in flipkart keeps fluctuating. I bought for 35k but price dropped to 33k in a day. I don't like prices fluctuating so much in flipkart.
