This is a great camera for the price. The image quality is better than any of my previous cameras. I have only two issues with this camera: 1. If you want to run it off the mains, you have to remove the battery as the battery sits on top of the power plug. That means there is no battery backup and you are now dependent on the mains not failing. 2. This camera does 1080i at 50 fps. You cannot configure it to do 1080p at 25 fps. Unless your post-processing equipment can downsample, you will have bad interlacing in your video.
