i boought this digi camcorder after too much googling and i didn't got any other camcorder with that much of mega pixels....nit has 14.3 m.p for video recording and it records video at the resoultion of 1920x1080..nand for still images its gives the resloution of 16 m.p... and the light given at the front of the camcorder is only for still images at it works just like a normal flash of any digital camera.... that means you will get a digital camera functions free with this product....nbefore buying thhis product i was concerned about what type of memory card should i buy class 4 , class 6 or class 10.... so i waited for the camera to arrive and i got a 8gb class 6 sd card free with this product..... then i ordered another class 10 sd card ot transcend... and i tried a memory card of class 4 which i already had .... the ressults was not satisfying. coz still images was gud but video recording at max setting gave me some quality issues...... so don't buy a class 4 sd card for this camcorder buy a class 6 or class 10.....
Its been a Month now that I ordered this Gun to capture my new born activities.nnI must say this GUN is power packed, takes decent pics in high definition even in low light, video output is amazing. My wife is very comfortable using this as it does not deal with heavy configuration.nnIn built scenes also has nice effects and can be clearly seen in the pics. I am not a high techie to give details on specifications, but overall an good attempt from Panasonic and I am just loving it to the core.
