Panasonic NA-F62B3HRB 6.2 Kg Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine

The machine was delivered a little more than 24 hours after ordering it. This is quite remarkable, given that It was raining cats and dogs in Mumbai. Flipkarts Logistics is quite amazing. nnThe washing machine is compact and does a good job washing clothes. I have had the washing machine for a little over a week and called the engineer after the installation. The call was not regarding a problem with the machine, but for a longer drain pipe. The service was prompt and an engineer was sent immediately the next day. The two engineers who visited us, once for the demo and once for a longer drain pipe, did not demand any extra money or create any fuss. Both engineers asked us to call the helpline in case of any issues instead of calling them. I think this is very nice, since most engineers try to further their own business with customers. nnThe washing machine works well and is easy to use. On two occasions some detergent was seen on clothes. We now put in the detergent after some water accumulates in the machine. The problem is sorted now and we seem to get good washes. nnI have rated this machine 4 stars, since I expected more from the air dry feature. The air dry feature is supposed to significantly improve the drying for a very small amount of clothes (2 Kg or less). I used this feature to dry my 2 year old child's clothes. I washed 1 pair of trousers, 1 pair of shorts and 2 t-shirts belonging to my 2 year old. After a quick wash, I choose quick dry. The washing machine spun for 90 minutes in air dry mode, however the drying was not very different from the usual drying. nnI haven't tried this feature again, but will try it soon. All in all, this is very compact, nice machine with excellent service. I have several Panasonic products like cordless phones, shavers and music systems which have never needed any repairs. If the service remains good, I plan to buy a refrigerator and television from Panasonic this year.

Hi All, nI have bought this from flipkart, delivery and customer care was OK nothing exceptional, nPros: n1. Nice Look, it looks like an expensive product. n2. Washing quality is really really good. n3. Robust design.n4. Minimum functions easy to use. nCons: n1. Slow speed of washing. n2. Not really a power saving device. n3. Time consuming washing 50-55 mins each wash. nnOverall product is good I would personally recommend this product.
