Did not buy it from Flipkart, but bought it at Jumbo Electronics, Bangalore at a discounted price of 54K. 40 days after the purchase, the TV switches off by itself after 1 hour of usage and then powers on after 10 minutes. I reported this problem to the customer care and I was informed that some one would attend it in the next 24 hours. A service engineer called me the next day and informed that he would be coming, but there was no response. After calling him 3 or 4 times and the service center, no response was there. Then I called Jumbo Electronics and they put me in touch with a service engineer who responded. Then an engineer came after 4 days and informed me that the power supply needs to be replaced. I asked for a replacement of the TV, for which he told me that electronic goods cant be replaced as we dont give guarantee but only repair warranty. I got frustrated and contacted the Panasonic Manager and after a long drawn argument, he has informed me that he will try to replace. I am yet to get an update on that. However, I feel really let down and deeply disappointed for choosing Panasonic over other brands like LG, Samsung and Sony who are well established in this space.
I was looking for a 42" tv and was confused between this one and panasonic 410D. Didn't bother to look for Samsung or Sony. Did see LG but somehow I was glued to Panasonic simply because of it's stunning IPS super bright panel. The colors are vivid crisp and clear. Panasonic scores 10/10 on picture. I am happy with sound quality as well. With an output of 24W this one again scores over LG/Samsung which produces just 20W. Swipe and share, web browsing all works awesomely well. Tried playing avi,mkv, mp4, divx videos from my usb, all works without any hassle. The best part is the tv remote application in smart phone. Well once you have this application, you just don't need the remote!! Overall I am a super happy Panasonic customer!! couldn't ask for anything better...nNow coming to buying experience and customer service. nI was planning to purchase from flipkart since flipkart was offering this at around 8k lesser price than retail store. However, since this was not available @ my area so I was waiting for this. But suddenly after a week flipkart increased the price to around 7k. It just didn't make sense for me to wait any longer and I decided to buy from the retail store. I must say I have done the correct thing!! I bargained hard and got this at much lesser price than flipkart was offering. I purchased this on thursday evening and the tv got delivered on friday afternoon and the installation guy came the same day evening (without even me bothering to call up their customer care; the retail shop had taken care of this). I am extremely happy with Panasonic customer service unlike some others here who have given negative feedback...
Panasonic Led installation service in Mumbai is poorest in nature as my led didnt installed even after 5 th day of delivery and despite several reminder at flipcart and panasonic service center. so i advice to all new buyer that if you are going to buy online product from flipcart and which need the installation from panasonic then plz dont buy if you dont have 1-2 week patience.
I bought this tv in flipcart, delivered on next day and same day it got installed, engineer was very supportive and he showed DEMO and tought us hw to use this...i was very much satisfied with the features and i recommand others to go for panasonic - next generation TV....panasonic rocks with his clarity and screen type.
I have been using dis product since last 10 months. Picture quality is excellent with HD. Panasonic service is also good. They installed the product on the same day I called.
