Ordered on 14/05/2017 and received next day.Packing is simple with panasonic box no extra packing.Installation done by panasonic guy on 17/05/2017.I got this for 19,999/-on exchange of my lg 32"led.unit is manufactured in March 2017,so new one.nComparing with my old lg,it is big.Display is crisp and clear,no grains,HD channels are awesome with Videocon d2h.nSurround sound is good for our hall.It is having 3HDMI and 2 Usb ports,bit difficult to access but one sub and HDMI is on the side is easy.nRemote is a basic one.Set don't have any physical button except power, so you have to use remote for everything.nPlayed some movies using usb,immediately it recognised and started.You have to use on screen buttons for forward,stop etc..nSo for it is better in the price range.Total value for money.(MRP is 49900).

Got the product for 28k, awesome product in the price range, has 3.5 mm jack to attach speakers or headphones, picture quality is awesome, sound is decent enough, installation is done by panasonic team only. In all 5/5

substandard product delivered by flipkart which is not working from day one of installation. First of all the stand was a not the correct one for the TV, i had to buy a new stand from the market. The panasonic person also confirmed that he is facing the same problem with other customers regarding wall mounting stand. Now the TV is not working and flipkart is not ready to replace this product its just 12 days from the date of purchase. Never buy from flipkart especially in their sale period where they get rid of used and defective products.

Tv is fantastic.. best part is that this tv plays all the movie format and mkv files and you can switch your dual audios. This is not smart tv bt you can make it via smart devices. Picture quality and everything is perfect.. sound is low but ignorable as sound is low bt its ok for daily use uts perfect... when come to movis you can use ur home theater and smart devices to enhance your audio via speakers..i use aux and coaxile cables with amp to watch movies.. perfect at 27k

Pros. Good sound and picture quality Cons. 1.Mkv format not supported 2. Volume after 20 is same till 100 3. Back side slot fir HDMI and all are not reachable after wall mounted But the main picture quality and sound good And flipkart delivered timely .
