Received defective product twice (manufacturing defect). The TV had 3 horizontal lines and 2 vertical lines on both the TVs. Got my TV on 17th May, today its 9 June, now waiting for the refund. Excellent product but unfortunately, I received a defective piece. Now I have to shell out additional 3.5k to get this TV as I bought it during the sale. Can't really blame Flipkart, but they do have their partners (Panasonic and Jeeves) who slow the whole process of replacement and refund as they do not update Flipkart on time for the work they do. I had to follow up every day with Flipkart to check the status. I am still waiting for the TV to be packed and only later will Flipkart be initiating my refund. Hoping to order the same TV after I get my refund.

Good TV. Picture quality is good. Deep black and shades of Black like for example dark night fog picture will show different gradients of black. It's good enough for Netflix too! It's built in application is quite nice to use especially because you don't need any other device like a dongle behind the TV. Plus Panasonic reliability always helps.

Item delivered within 2 days and the installation is done today. Looks pretty good. Happy with the perfomances I didn't expect that it can play 1TB external Hard drives. Its working very smoothly. Swipe and share is the best. U tube is working without any hassle. Picture quality 9/10 Sound quality 9/10 Connections 8/10 only optical output missing 3 HDMI and Two USB one for HDD Looks 9/10 Service by Flipcart 10/10 Installation 10/10 Delivery 10/10 Needs to give the information to cusomer must be improved. Updates must be given one day before in mail with the service person mobile numbers to contact.

Panasonic shinobi 49" HD, LED smart TV is really a very good product.The pictures quality is extremely good,life like images,sound quality is also brilliant.All in all this is a number One competitive product.The delivery and demo by Flipcart is also spot on without any hassles.I strongly recommend it to the potential buyers.The price also very good in comparison to other sellers.

This rating is not for the product.The product I received is awesome, but to my bad luck I received damaged product. There after starts the game of Flipkart customer care which is good for nothing.They are kept there to only book complaints & give the new dates & harass the customers without providing any solution. I was grilled for more than 15 days just providing tarek pe tarek.Then suddenly one day oneday I got the CC head mail id & these gentlemen solved my problem within days.
