The product was mentioned both heater and cooler, but the installation guy said this isn't has the feature, had to chase big time to return and get the money back.
Flipkart send this with Gati transport. Packaging was real good, no damage even for outer box.nAC cooling was very quick for normal 10 X 12 room with 9ft height. nAC is super silent no inside noise, even outside noise is comparatively less than other ACs.
