Now, with a lot more experience on the phone i.e. K6 Power and feedbacks of my friends I can say that It is really Better buy than Redmi Note 4.
You have to compare all aspects from specifications to performance to price & affordability to availability.
I will give a comparison of Highest variant of both the phones.
Redmi Note 4 has 4GB RAM+ 64GB ROM, 13+5 MP Camera, Snapdragon 625 Processor, 5.5 inch Full HD screen and 4100 Mah battery. Coming in flash sale.
Price is Rs. 12,999.
K6 Power has 4 GB RAM+ 32GB ROM, 13+ 8 MP Camera, Snapdragon 430 processor, 5 inch Full HD Screen, and 4000 mAh battery.
Price is Rs. 10,999 with exchange offers that are really appealing. So, if you are trying to change your smartphone you will get the highest variant in anywhere from 8,000 to 10,000.
It will give you better battery back up because of 5 inch which is smaller screen.
Also smaller screen is better fitting in hands.
Also, Camera is better than Redmi Note 4.
The phone never lags in Game performance.
Snapdragon 430 is definitely older processor than Snapdragon 625 but is not at all a bad performer. 625 is the best one in performance but 430 is never going to disappoint you either. It will handle smoothly all the types of apps, games any other thing you put up to it.
So, why spend 3,000 extra and that too struggling to book one Redmi Note 4. Going for K6 Power is more intelligent decision.
Definitely a better buy.

And my expert opinion is to go for Lenovo.
Lenovo is a far reputed and bigger company not only for smart phones but also for laptops, desktops, tabs, power banks and other accessories.
Lenovo launches less phones per year as compared to MI but all phones are nice in a compact package and has value for money and also fetches a good resale value.
