    The best upcoming 4G phone with a high-end processor and 4GB RAM under Rs 15000 is Moto G5S Plus, priced at Rs 14,625. It is my personal and ultimate choice. It is powered by 2GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 processor bundled with 4GB RAM. It has a dual 13MP primary camera for perfect shots and 3000mAh battery with turbocharging for unrestricted entertainment. 

    If you travel more and wish for more battery, you can go for Lenovo P2, priced at Rs 14,999. Apart from the high-end processor and impressive cameras, it has a 5100mAh battery with fast charging support ver have to worry about the low-battery again.

    Alternate includes Xiaomi Mi A1 which is priced at Rs Rs 12,999 and has been awarded best phone of the year by users choice. It has a 12MP +12MP dual-primary camera with dual-LED flash for perfect DSLR like pictures with natural lighting and blur effect.

    The best upcoming phone with 4GB RAM and good processor is  Xiaomi Mi 5X which offers good camera, SD 625 processor and it also offers Dual camera at the rear.

    Other than this I will recommend you to check  Redmi Note 5 which is supposed to arrive with the latest gen processor with great battery efficiency and bigger battery.

    The best upcoming phone in the price range of Rs 15000 according to me is Redmi note 5. The phone will come equipped with 4GB of RAM, Latest version of Snapdragon processors and minimum of 4000 mAh battery.
    Other than this you can also check Samsung Galaxy J5 Pro. The phone will have a 5.2" AMOLED display, 3 GB RAM and 3000 mAh battery.
