The GT Master Edition gets quite a few things right. Here s a detailed review
Aug 18 2021 By Prateek PandeyThe Realme GT Master Edition is a compelling handset, albeit is overshadowed by the company`s own X7 Max 5G (review) which puts forth a more well-rounded package.jQuery(window).load(function() gaq.push( ` trackEvent` , `Hub Onsitego` , `imp` , `Realme GT Master Edition review: a no-brainer, almost` , 1 , false ); );
Read Full ReviewI have been using this phone over a week. Here are some of the pros and cons. Pros : 1. 778G is an excellent processor and very much optimized for gaming. I played COD there was hardly any heating issues, had a very smooth gaming experience. 2. Super Amoled display with 120 Hz refresh rate is very sharp and vibrant. Even in sunlight there is no issue in visibility. Always-on-display is great. In-display fingerprint is fast. 3. Camera is really good. There are lots of customization and filter options to play around and make of the most of out it. 4. 65 watt charger will definitely make a bad habit out of you. If you go for a shower your phone will be charged almost 80-90%. If you are going for shower and lunch both leaving your phone to be charged that is way too much time. 5. Build quality and in hand feel is good (mine is Black one didn't get the suitcase variant) but catches lots of fingerprints and smudges so use it with cover. Cover that comes with the box is better than average TPU covers. 6. In terms of connectivity it has all Bluetooth, Wifi Calling, 5G, NFC. One of the cool features is that you can use wifi and hotspot simultaneously in this phone. 7. There is 3.5mm headphone jack, which most of midrange phones nowadays are not giving. Cons: 1. Battery drains fast. Battery backup could have been better. But 65 watt charger makes up for that. 2. This phone comes with Google Dialer so call recording is a pain. You may have to some install other dialer to use that feature. 3. There is no Hybrid or micro-sd sim slot. You can only put 2 sims and have to rely on internal storage. 4. Single speaker is good enough but at this price point you would expect a dual speaker. I got this phone in BBD @Rs.13964(Black, 8GB, 128 GB) with exchange and bank offers. I got Rs.12150 for my Realme 3 Pro. This was a super deal. Exchange process was satisfactory. There was some spots in the old phone due to the back cover but I insisted that there was no scratches, dents or any other issues so got the full price with one day delay. Overall, it was a great experience and got a super value for money deal from Flipkart BBD sale.
Getting this device after exchange discount is ok, however paying full for this device is not worthy. This mobile is not fully optimised which sd778 is cable of. Battery drain,poor camera, no dual speakers or dolby enhancement. Yes this is 25k device with no dual speaker. Lets talk about cameras. The camera lacks details or sharpness and the saturation of each photos you take looks unnatural. My old Redmi note 7 pro takes better pictures than this. Verdic: if you are getting it on offer price you can try experiencing sd778 however there are lots of other phones with ssd and great sets of cameras and other features. Ps: Never trust a youtuber while buying a phone, the bigger they are more they lies.
