Very bad product
Don't buy. Worst Service I bought Samsung 1ton inverter AC on May 2014. On April 20, 2015 It stopped working. I raised complaint and since then I made unnumbered calls to customer service. But till now the problem has not been rectified. Every time I get same reply from the customer service that they will send reminder to the service centre. Three times they came to my home and left with in 10mins saying they will return next and they disappear for weeks. Now it is 10th June 2015. I dont know how many more months I have to wait for the service centre people to solve my problem. On third call to customer service on 10 June they told me that the service centre people closed the ticket with out solving the problem. Since then I've followed up with the showroom who sold the AC and Service center as customer service people told me that they can't do anything except send reminder mails. That is the best thing they can do. Complaint number is 4193370507. I wish I had bought LG AC instead. Today is June 17th. Still no one showed up.
