Samsung AR12JC3JAMV 1 Ton 3 Star Split AC

1. This is a moderate ac. it takes almost 50 minutes to cool a room(120 square feet). Even it doesn't deliver chilled air. The delivered air temp I checked on my ac was 18 degree C, I don't know how it can cool the room air to 16 degree.nn2. Very poor cooling capacity even in "TURBO" mode.nn3. AC does have display panel in it, &doesn't show room temperature on its remote too.nI suggest not to go for this product.nn4. Remote doesn't have any "glow in dark" button, so its very difficult to operate in night.

I got a Samsung AC last year on March 23, 2014. The same was installed by an authorised service personal. While the installation was happening I kind of queried him number of times if its fine to bend the gas pipe multiple times. I have also requested him to get a longer pipe and install the same. He refused to do so rather convinced me by stating that there would be no issues. An year down the lane the AC is not working properly even the lowest of the temperature. I have contacted the samsung service center to get a servicing done; I was assuming that it could be a possible air filter issue as it was too early for a gas refill. To my surprise the service men informed me that we need to refill the gas. He also informed me that there is possible leakage in the Gas pipe used and it would cost me a couple of grands to get it done. Now The issue is how come Samsung provided such a substandard product and service. When I asked the same question the to the service guy. He simply said post warranty any thing can happen. HERE I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING WHICH HAS LEAKED THE GAS. IT WAS SAMSUNG INSTALLATION TEAM WHICH SCREWED THE SAME.
