Have used it for a week now. AC is working fine. Its completely noise free. And power saving modes are simply awesome. Installation cost was just Rs. 499. Though you have to buy a stand too which the installation guy brings with himself. Samsung Engineer was a good guy. He tried his best to install AC in a manner that no additional cost is incurred by me. Kudos to flipkart.
The product seems to be good; but it was a nightmare getting it installed! And the return policy is a joke. The Samsung, Pune 3rd party Installer did not want to fit the outdoor unit on my external bedroom wall on the second floor because as per him Samsung does not allow fitment of outdoor unit over 20 ft? hence he wanted to install the outdoor unit virtually in my living room. So I wanted to cancel the order. I was informed that unfortunately the return policy is only a "replacement policy"; I cannot cancel the order. Then the backend team of Flipkart got into action and gave me hoax calls ie they would send me an email that they called but I was not contactable. It finally took my grit and patience to get the Flipkart supervisor online and use his good offices to get the Samsung people to come and set things right. I have so many Samsung products at home but this samsung experience was a nightmare. I doubt I will buy any samsung product in the future!
Nice cooling
Consume only 4 kWh with the use of 7 hours in the temp of 42+ . Silent even many times I checked is this running I have two Hitachi 1 panasonic and 1 haier ac in my joint family but samsung is more silent than all
so far the cooling is very good. the price of 27000 was very reasonable. the inbuilt stabilizer is a good idea. it save a lot of our money. and the Samsung installation guys were excellent
