Samsung AR18HC3USNB 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC

This is a brilliant buy. Last year, the same ac was available with 5 start ratings. Power consumption is 1610 watts. 5 star rating ac comes with 1500 or 140 watts, but they will cost you about 7 to 10 thousand more. nnnCooling capacity is amazing. Turbo cool feature rocks.

This is my 1st Large appliance purchase in flipkart and 1st thing is the service provided by flipkart is excellent. I brought previous 4 ACs from local big stores like Great eastern, Khosla but always had issues with their installation guys, never worked properly and always just poor quick jobs. But Flipkart installation guys did a great job with full satisfaction even afterwards they called and asked for feedback. Yes, they may have their own installation service or they have tie-up like this with the installation service providers. Next time surely use their service again.nnRegarding the product itself, I would say its definitely a good product at this reasonable cost these days comparable to others.nnBut WAIT!nnI brought over 4 Samsung AC in past 4 years previously the base models (1ton, 2stars) came with digital display on the indoor module but now even the high-end module doesn’t comes with that. It was a big disappointment.nn# This product has only 3 LED lights which makes no sense, only it tells its running or power on.nn# The product itself at flitkart had lack of details like: the image itself doesn’t shows what type if display it has, its complete blank. So had to trust it before ordering.nn# Running, noise level, cooling capacity and all others are fine expect during night when you use it in a dark room or even low light room there have no way to tell what temperature it is set, Only the remote shows the temperature and the remote itself has no illumination. This is a very difficult thing to use this product, I’ve no issues with my rest 3 ACs.nnVery disappointed with Samsung!
