Another Waste product from Samsung

Over priced. (Max 10K worth)nJust confirmed that it's 262K colors.nNo Adobe FlashnNo LED Flash.nNo Front Cameran1300 mAh Battery.nIt's not that Samsung is not aware of. They needs other Phones as well to be selling.nWait for HTC Desire V (Known to be over priced again)

NOT SO IMPRESSIVE

NOT SO IMPRESSIVE...I AM USING THIS SET..nGREATEST DRAWBACKS:n1)U CAN USE INTERNET FEATURES ONLY THROUGH CDMA SIM AND NOT THROUGH YOUR GSM SIM.n2)LIVE TV OPTION IS MISSINGnBATTERY IS OF 1650MAH, BUT EVEN THEN IS DRAINING OUT FAST.nTHE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THE SET IS ITS LOOK AND ITS ANDROID OPERATING SYSTEM IN CDMA/GSM DUAL SET.

not worth 13k

The main positive is that it is Dual Active (an important feature for dual sims). nnBut still no secondary camera & flash (ie, torch for us Indians). I do not know why big players like Samsung avoid giving these elementary features for such an expensive Dual Sim phone (They give these features for sub 8k single sim phones). 262k display is frankly not up to the mark.nnRest of the features are okay.

Samsung needs to really come out with good product or be honest specs

I have been waiting for this phone for some time. Here is the review:nnBaught it about 3 weeks ago ( from a samsung store in a mall). Here is my reviewnnPros:n1. Android n2. Nice voice quality n3. Nice photo qualitynnCons ( as per me):n1. Its kinda confusing phone since the SIM switch is not present. So people who are used to dual sim will have a problem n)n2. Data connection tends to be confusing as sometime you may not know which sims data connection is being used.n3. It does not detect ad-hoc network created from my lenovo z570(59-315960) laptop.n4. not multitouch, can not take more than two finger touch ( I tested this via Ninja fruit slice game which used to be able to detect four finger swipe on apple , here in this phone it does not detect more than one )n5. Phone kinda runs slow when loaded with more than 5-6 applications I assume its due to limited amount of ram ( you will actually be able to see only 384 mb on the task manager :?) , Some times fruit slices slows down when playing too , when nothing is running on the phonen6. Not a dual active phone , Just tested to confirmnnOther wise it ok of a phone , I can give it 2 out of 5 , since it fit my budget( I saw a nice spice phone which was like a tab in 10 k but since it was spice i did not go for it)nnI prefer samsung's reliability over any other phone which i may not be able to rely on.nnConclusion: Although its better than my previous phone , in specs at the end of day my d780 still has a better definition of dual active than this phone where i could recieve and keep both calls on at the same time (you could look up this phone Samsumg D780 to find out more). This is just galaxy y duos with a slightly better feature ( Samsung have screwed up since even the samsung store employee told me this is a dual active phone)n(Could have gone with galaxy y duos phone too)

Good phone

I have bought this phone 15 days back and I am pleased with my choice till this point.nI had no other option prior to this as no other Android phone matched my requirement of CDMA/GSM (except Micromax and so on).nnThe reasons to buy this phone are:n1) CDMA/GSM compatibility. Both are active. If on call on one network, you still get call waiting on other number with an option to decline or connect to the new call (ending the first call). The second caller hears a ring go through though you are on call with the first caller on other network. So, you have the choice to talk on whichever network you want and the callers hear the current status of your network.n2) Android OS 2.3n3) Wi-Fin4) Good enough camera to take pics when your actual camera (PnS / SLR) is not in your handn5) Looksn6) Screen Sizen7) More battery life with 1650mA which helps for dual simn8) External memory expandable to 32GBn9) Dedicated SIM Switch KeynnPlease do not go for this phone if below are also your requirements and you can do without a CDMA/GSM Android phone:n1) Better cameran2) Flashlightn3) Front Cameran4) Internet on GSM networkn5) More than 800 MHz processorn6) More internal memory (It has 160MB internal memory which runs out fast unless you root it after 1 year of warranty)
