Pre-ordered it on the 19th and today's the 22nd, received it in good condition. The phone's amazing. The performance is great, battery is perfect and it's smooth. Just a problem is the pricing of the product. 37k isn't worth it for the chipset given in the product. Trying to tackle down One Plus 3T, but the One Plus is a way better phone than this is..

I received the phone today and am totally in love with this one.. faster, super slim, light weight, amazing picture quality..ntotally worth the price..

Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro is Excellent. Thanks to Flipkart > TrueComRetail unit to process fast service and right product delivery. Product Review: ---------------------------------------------------------------- 1) No heating issue while fast charging. 2) Performance is GREAT. 3) Camera Picture quality is fine. 4) Multi Window Tasking. 5) With Stable Android APP. 6) Latest Security Patch is available to update in Phone Android. 7) Battery Backup is Really Great. 8) Fast Bluetooth Pairing/Connectivity. 9) Delete pre installed unused/unnecessary APP to response always faster. 10) UI rating should go with 80/100. 11) Not feeling that am using 6 Inch Big MOB screen. There is not much difference between 5.5, 5.7, 6 Inch.

Very disappointed with the product and servicees of flipkart. I would urge do not buy any product from flipkart. I ordered this phone from flipkart on 15th oct 2017 for Rs.29900, very next day i recieved the same. Not surprised that as expected flipkart send me the defected phone. I found this product Poor qwality. When i did unboxing of the phone i found there were scraches on the screengaurd. If it is a new phone how could there would be scartches on the screengaurd. With so called 16 mega pixal Camera you get very blure images which cant be even compare with any other other low budget phone. Any other low budget phone will give you a good qwality of images than this phone gives you. Moreover when i was cheking this phone it started heating within a 15 to 20 minuts. I called on the toll free number of tge flipkart to get my money back. I must say there service post buying the product is pathetic. Custoner service representative do not have first end rsaolution. Since 16th i am been following and continuously calling to cust care people. I have been put on hold for more than 15 minuts to connect to the senior personnnel. Every time i call i Have to waste 45 minuts for the single resolution to refund my money. They have single answer as per policy they cant refund they can only replace. If your policies have so much importance than first learn to deliver that kind of sevices and product. Stop fooling the people and stop harrrasing for your policies. I have marked a mail twice requesting refund. They still have not provided any resoluion over the mail . I got a revert stating we tried calling you . Or we will get in touch with you. I had clearly requested them to refund my money still they are taking request for replacement. You guys suck your escalation desk people misrepresent the things, just to get good ratings and good reviews. I made a big mistake by buying this product from you guys.
