I am giving 2 star not because the phone is bad.. it is one of the best in the segment... But handling of the product by Flipkart logistics is poor coz one corner the box of the phone was ruptured/crushed due some impact... Flipkart kindly focus on the packages of fragile items.
Very nice product, color &camera is nice
This is a gem. After using redmi 3s prime, then redmi note7pro for more than 5 year, i switch to Samsung and my decision looks right. MiUi is bulky, hanging, not responding so many times, so many bloats apps etc.. Also Mi is Chinese and stealing information of users Samsung is good choice. Big thanks to Samsung and its team of biggest factory in India
It doesn't make any sense why Samsung has launched this phone...I have been using this phone from the last few months and my experience was not pleasant with this phone as it has multiple problems which I'm describing below. 1. Low camera quality.( especially the back camera). 2. Sometimes the display doesn't work or stopped responding. (In my view, I think it happens when the sweat gets onto its diplay or there could be other factors ). 3. Both face recognition and finger sensors doesn't work almost 50 percent of the time. 4. Heat up when we charge it. Pros:- there are hardly any.
