Display and Configuration

The Samsung Galaxy J7 Max features a large 5.7-inch TFT Full HD (1,080 x 1,920 pixels) display. It is available in two colours - black and gold. The phone runs on Android v7.0 (Nougat) operating system and is driven by a 2.39GHz Cortex A53 octa-core processor seated upon MediaTek MT6757 chipset. The processor is aided by 4GB of RAM and a Mali-T880 MP2 graphics card. The smartphone features Samsung Pay app and has a LED notification light, which we have seen on many Samsung smartphones previously. The smartphone features a front fingerprint sensor.

Camera and Storage

A 13MP camera each at the front as well as back (1.7f back and 1.9f front) has been provided for photography and videography. Both the snappers capture amazing shots. The selfie shooter can also capture images in dark thanks to the front LED flash. The smartphone comes along with a beauty app called Smart Glow 2.0 for enhancing selfie images. In order to store data, the phone houses an internal memory of 32GB. For more storage, a microSD card is present which can read any memory card up to 256GB.

Connectivity and Battery

On the networking front, the handset supports dual SIM, 4G, 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and USB connectivity. The Samsung Galaxy J7 Max derives its energy from a 3,300mAh Li-ion battery which keeps the entertainment on for long hours.     There are many ways to capture screenshot in your Galaxy J7 Max

    To capture a screenshot in Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, Follow these steps: 

    1. Press the HOME key (on the front, at the bottom) and POWER Key (on Right Side of the device). for few seconds.
    2. The phone screen will flash for a second and you will hear a shutter sound which confirms that screenshot has been successfully captured on your device.
    3. You can find the screenshot in your gallery app.

    You can follow the steps below:

    Connect your Android device to the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromecast or TV with Chromecast built-in.

    Open the Google Home app.

    To cast your phone screen on your TV you need to have Chromecast.Follow the steps to successfully cast your screen-

    Before you begin casting

    1. Connect your phone to a Wi-Fi network.

    2. The mobile device, tablet or computer you are using to cast must be on the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromecast.

    3. You must be running the latest version of the Chromecast-enabled app. You can always double check that you are on the latest version by visiting the Google Play Store.


    Cast from Chromecast-enabled apps to your TV

    1. Make sure that the phone you are using to cast is on the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromecast or TV with Chromecast built-in. 

    Open a Chromecast-enabled app.

    2. Tap the Cast button Inactive cast extension. Note: The Cast button isn't located in the same place on all Chromecast-enabled apps. 

    3. Tap the device you'd like to cast to.

    4. When you're connected, the Cast button will turn color, letting    5. you know you're connected.

    You can now cast videos, movies and TV shows directly to your TV.

    To stop casting, tap the Cast button and then Disconnect.

    In the top left corner of the home screen, tap Menu > Cast Screen / audio > Cast Screen / audio.

    :-To record calls on Your phone Follow the steps below:

    1. Download the ACR call recording app from the play store

    2. Then Follow the instructions from the app and allow all the access to the app as shown in the Image below
    3. Then Tap the three bar on the top left of the app

    4. There you will find the Enable option on the top.

    5. Enable it and enjoy the app.

    No, Samsung Galaxy J7 Max does not support slow motion recording in its default camera application. However, you can download an app from here: Play Store Slow motion Apps to record or edit your videos in slow motion.

    There is a very simple process to enable 4G in Galaxy J7 Max 
    1. Go to settings
    2. Tap on Connections
    3. Then go to Mobile networks
    4. Choose the network mode for the SIM card
